MOSSA - WHO WE ARE?

MOSSA Jewelry is a small independent jewelry brand with a core team of just 3 people.
We focus on design, quality, and attention to every detail — from the jewelry itself to the packaging — while offering high-level customer service.
It’s especially rewarding that many of our clients have stayed with us for years.
The brand was born in Saint Petersburg, and today we are based in Paris.
We don’t just create jewelry — we support women in embracing and loving themselves every day, and we want our pieces to serve as a reminder of that.

WHERE AND HOW WE PRODUCE JEWELRY

All our designs are created by Maria, the founder of MOSSA.
Our jewelry is crafted in Saint Petersburg and Yekaterinburg by independent master artisans — small workshops whose authenticity and craftsmanship we are truly proud of.

Each piece is made of 925 sterling silver, with or without 14 k gold plating.

Feel free to ask any additional questions — we’ll be happy to send you extra photos or videos so you can see the jewelry in detail.
If you’re unsure about your size, you can order a neighboring size to try on — it’s free.

Finding Your Ring Size

There are several ways to find your ring size — we’ve explained them in detail in our Blog article Ring Size.
If you’re unsure, you can order neighboring sizes and return the one that doesn’t fit — free of charge

packaging

Your jewelry is first wrapped in soft protective paper and placed into a special storage pouch — a complimentary gift from MOSSA.
The pouch is then secured inside our signature MOSSA gift box.
Together with your Client Card and brand postcards, it is packed into a sturdy shipping box with protective filler.
All shipments are fully insured. In the unlikely event that your piece is lost or stolen in transit, we will simply replace it for you.
So you can be absolutely sure your piece will arrive in perfect condition — shining as if it had just been polished by our master.

delivery

- If you're not sure about the size, we can arrange delivery with a fitting. Order several sizes and return the ones that don't fit you (return delivery will be on us)
- Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and shipped via Sendcloud, which partners with carriers such as Colissimo, DHL, and UPS. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be specified by our manager after the checkout
- Shipping through Europe takes 5-9 days

- If the size or style does not suit you, you may return the jewelry pieces within 14 days
- Please keep the product in its original condition, package and with all tags
- Contact us, and we will arrange a pick-up by a delivery service

warranty

All our pieces come with a 1-year warranty.
This warranty covers the plating, clasps, and other components of the jewelry in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Please note that the warranty does not apply to damage caused by everyday wear or misuse — such as scratches, chips, dents, broken chains, or other signs of accidental damage. These are natural results of wearing jewelry and are not considered defects.
However, we are always happy to help restore the beauty of your piece — whether it means polishing, repairing, or refreshing it — so you can continue to enjoy it for years to come.

service

If, during or even after the warranty period, your jewelry gets scratched, loses its shine, or changes color, you can always reach out to us. Our craftsmen will be glad to do everything possible to restore its beauty, so you can shine in it just like on the very first day.
